"I came to Bill feeling extremely anxious about climate change. I had tried to deal with it myself but found it kept getting worse and was consuming my mind. When we started I immediately felt that he deeply understood the climate change issue, as well as how I was feeling.

"Hypnotherapy allowed me to cut out worries and irrelevant thoughts and enabled me to focus on what really needed attention during each session.
